For our one year anniversary (paper), I decided I was going to start a new tradition by making my husband an A to Z Wedding Anniversary Date Book. The date book helps us keep track of what we do on our wedding anniversaries and acts as a scrapbook. The A to Z Anniversary tradition goal is to plan everything about your wedding anniversaries around the letter that goes with that year.

Y = 25th Anniversary; Traditional & Modern gift is Silver

Try to think outside the box when planning your "All about Y" date. You only get to celebrate your anniversary once a year so try to do something different that you don't get to do a lot. Try a new restaurant or go exploring. I've created a list to help you if you are having trouble coming up with things to do or places to eat that start with the letter "Y". 

"Y" Date possibilities:
  • Yoga
  • Yard Sale Date - who can find the best deal!
  • Yard Day Date - play games in your yard, landscaping, picnic in the yard, grill out
  • Yes Day
  • Yum - cook or try somewhere new and Yummy! OR eat al your favorite foods
  • Yuck - only eat and do things you don't like to do
  • Yummy Yucky Date - taste test something and rate it 
  • Yacht
  • Yachting aka Sailing
  • Yurt Camping
  • Yarn Arts & Crafts
  • Yellow Date - wear yellow, eat yellow food, watch Old Yeller
  • Yellow Scavenger Hunt
  • Young Date - do your favorite activities from the Good Ole' Days
  • Yawn Date - stay up as late as you can watching movies, cuddling, etc... Who will yawn first? 
  • YouTube - make a video or keep hitting next and see what you can find
  • Movies - You Again, Young Adult, You Me & Dupree, Year One, Yours Mine & Ours
  • Game Night - Yo-Yo, Yahtzee, Yes No, Yu-Gi-Oh
  • Travel - New York, Yellowstone National Park, Yorkshire

 I stretched some of the date possibilities if you couldn't tell, but Y is a hard letter to come up with things for. Comment below if you can think of any more!
