I am currently living the stay-at-home mom life somewhere in the middle of the bluegrass state where bourbon is made and people dress fancy to watch a horse race.
My mission is to help inspire parents to be creative with their children by blogging about everything Mommy & Wifey related.
I believe that kids should be kids for as long as they can be. I believe that creativity is the key to the future. I believe that all parents deserve a night out. I believe that being a mom is one of the hardest yet most enjoyable and sought after jobs and I believe that we should probably be friends!
So who am I?
I am the writer, photographer, and designer of the blog Bee-ing Mommy. I am a mother. I am a wife. I am me who is unique just like everybody else. I love watching movies, crafting, bargains, party planning, country music and gatorade. Being creative has always come natural to me.
I have a Bachelors in Broadcasting and Electronic Media concentrated in film techniques and technology - wow that's a mouth full. My dream job was to be a country music video editor but as you can tell that didn't quite work out. So here I am exploring my hobbies - crafting, photography, and blogging. Oh yea and bee-ing mommy to my four little goof balls and wifey to my amazing husband. Whoever says being a stay-at-home mom isn't a "real job" hasn't been a stay-at-home parent.
Here are 50 Things that Make Me Happy if you're interested.
One of the benefits of being a stay-at-home mom is that it allows me to spend time with my children which I sometimes take for granted as not all moms or dads are able to stay at home and wish they could.
I never dreamed I would be a stay-at-home mom but God had a different plan than I did and although I don't know what that plan is I am on the path to finding out, plus you got to do what you got to do, especially when daycare is so expensive.

I just found your blog and I find it very inspiring.
ReplyDeleteI am a mummy blogger as well, but I was on and off with my blog for almost 2 years as I struggled to work full time as a nurse, be a mum and to write in same time.
I recently restarted being more consistent on my blog, and could not be more happy about it as this was one of my big pleasures in life for a while now (can't explain how and why).
I am a passionate person and can be funny at times, depending on company. I like to throw away my adult clothes when I'm with my daughter and play together (metaphorically speaking) and we love doing different activities all the time.
I believe that being a parent it's the hardest job in the world and the most important of all, and all the help we can get to become better for our children it's most welcomed in our family.
I would appreciate if you can get me an honest feedback about my blog as well, as I would like to improve myself where I can.

Thank you for being such an inspiration to us!

Hello, I'm glad you enjoy my blog! Blogging can be very time consuming, especially with balancing your family, a job, the house, and making time for you. I bet you enjoy blogging like me because it is something you can do for you!
DeleteYour blog looks like it is doing well, I love all your crafting posts. Several cute ideas! My advice is to stay consistent with posting and find what works for you and your blog. For me it is Pinterest, for some it may be Facebook or Instagram. What works for you may not be the same as what works for others. Keep it up, especially if you are passionate about it!
